Scorching

Well, I am not talking about the current high temperature of around +34 degrees Celsius and with a relative humidity of 85-90% in the Guangdong province. No, I am more thinking of the ongoing process within ICOMP Trading China!

The official ICOMP Trading Area Greater China organization and team set-ups were hence shared among our co-workers in Shanghai and Shenzhen during last month. And the Business Development Managers have got the task from me to start the handovers and implement the changes. Starting now! Time is flying, latest by the end of August we need to be ready...

And to change our mindsets to categories and all of Greater China responsibility is not easy! Thus we have quite some work ahead of us; action plans to secure, getting teams together, new products to develop, suppliers that will change business teams, new co-workers to employ and make introductions for, etc. etc.

However, I also see that with right focus and attention from all of us we will together have lots of opportunities and success to cheer for within a short time!

Keep up that positive spirit and lead by example as we go through the change. Even if we have to break a sweat once in a while…
